SUMMARY:Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
DESCRIPTION:In partnership with the Danville Office of Economic Development and Tourism\, GENEDGE is pleased to announce the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course. \nDuring this two-day program\, participants will explore: \n\nLean principles and the elimination of non-value-added activity\nThe Eight Wastes and process efficiency concepts\nSix Sigma principles and the reduction of process variation\nThe DMAIC problem-solving framework\nIntegration of Lean and Six Sigma methods\nRoot cause analysis techniques\nProcess mapping and workflow visualization\nData-driven decision-making fundamentals\nPractical tools for identifying and reducing waste\, delays\, defects\, and inefficiencies\n\nThis workshop goes beyond classroom instruction. Participants will take part in a dynamic Lean simulation that demonstrates how process improvement tools can affect quality\, productivity\, throughput\, customer satisfaction\, and cost. \nThrough multiple rounds of team-based activity\, participants will see how changes to workflow\, communication\, process design\, and problem solving can produce measurable improvements. The simulation helps connect Lean Six Sigma concepts directly to real workplace challenges. \nUpon completion of the training\, participants will be able to recognize waste\, variation\, and process inefficiencies within their organizations; explain the foundational principles of Lean and Six Sigma; and identify opportunities to improve quality\, delivery\, customer service\, safety\, and overall workplace performance. Participants will also receive a Certificate of Completion. \nRegister Here
