New Pathways 10-Year Anniversary Open House

Join us as we celebrate a decade of impact at New Pathways with a special 10-Year Anniversary Open House at our state-of-the-art training facility at the Carver Center in Rapidan.

For 10 years, New Pathways has been preparing students for careers in precision machining through our Machining Skills Credential Program and CNC Milling Operator Apprenticeship Program — helping to grow the next generation of skilled talent in Virginia.

This open house is a chance to:

• Tour our training labs and see hands-on demonstrations
• Learn more about our NIMS-aligned programs
• Connect with local manufacturers, educators, community partners, and alumni of the program
• Hear testimonials from local employers and former students
• Explore opportunities to support workforce development, including our new Technical Advisory Board
