Classes will be on Thursday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon with the following schedule:

  • March 12th- Coaching: Moving People Forward
  • March 26th – Setting Goals and Reviewing Results
  • April 9th – Addressing Poor Performance
  • April 23rd – Building and Sustaining Trust
  • May 7th – Resolving Workplace Conflict

“This program is helping organizations build stronger leaders who can improve retention, performance, and workplace culture,” said Anne Moore-Sparks, President & CEO of the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce. “We’re excited to see this training return to our region, where leadership development is critical to business growth.”

The course equips current and emerging leaders with practical, behavior-based skills in communication, coaching, goal setting, performance management, trust-building and conflict resolution. Each four-hour session combines instruction with skills practice, group discussion, and real-world application.

Bert Eades, Business Development Director at GENEDGE, emphasized the long-term value: “When organizations invest in developing leaders, they see measurable impacts in employee engagement, retention, and productivity. This course is structured to give supervisors and managers the tools they need to lead with confidence and clarity.”

This course is ideal for:

Cost for all six classes is $1,500 per person. Classes are capped at 20 for this session.
