
Join GENEDGE for a six-course leadership training series designed specifically for the manufacturing sector. This practical series helps current and emerging leaders strengthen the skills they need to communicate effectively, coach employees, set clear expectations, manage performance, build trust, and resolve workplace conflict.

Classes will be held on Tuesday or Wednesday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.
“Manufacturing continues to be a cornerstone of our regional economy, and developing strong leaders is critical to sustaining growth and competitiveness,” said Brenell Thomas, President of the Martinsville Henry County Chamber of Commerce and Executive Director of the Chamber’s Partnership for Economic Growth (C-PEG). “This leadership series gives current and emerging supervisors the tools they need to lead with confidence, improve workforce engagement, and strengthen organizational performance. The course equips current and emerging leaders with practical, behavior-based skills in communication, coaching, goal setting, performance management, trust-building, and conflict resolution. Each four-hour session combines instruction, skills practice, group discussion, and real-world application.

Classes are capped at 20 participants for this session.
Cost for all six classes is $1,500 per person.
