Home »SCOP Survey 2024-25 Supply Chain Optimization Program – Online Assessment Congratulations on joining the 2024-25 cohort for the VEDP Supply Chain Optimization Program (SCOP). We look forward to working with you over the next year as supply chain management issues remain top of mind for all manufacturers. To better prepare an impactful program for participating firms, VEDP and GENEDGE request at least 2 employees fill out this online best practices assessment. With your assistance, the assessment will provide a high level perspective on where you see potential gaps in your supply chain management, how you might improve, and how SCOP can assist. The assessment will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and we encourage respondents to expand on their scoring choices in the comments sections for each best practice area. Please add as much detail as you wish. If you are unsure about your company’s implementation of a best practice then please mark “0 – Unsure”.VEDP or GENEDGE may follow-up for further clarification, if needed. All survey responses will remain confidential and will only be used for program design and potential development plans for individual companies. If you have any questions regarding the online survey please contact Monica Sadie, Program Manager, msadie@vedp.orgWe look forward to working with you!Name First Last Title Company Email PhoneNumber of years with company Number of years in current role Number of years experience with supply chain management Top industry sector focus Strategy Please comment on any best practice gaps and opportunities for improvementSupply chain strategy Not Sure Strongly Disagree Disagree Neutral Agree Strongly Agree A clearly stated supply chain strategy exists and is reflected in an annual business planning processCustomer focus Not Sure Strongly Disagree Disagree Neutral Agree Strongly Agree The strategy is customer focused (i.e., incorporates performance aspects linked to customer requirements) and not simply based on low costAligned Strategy Not Sure Strongly Disagree Disagree Neutral Agree Strongly Agree The supply chain strategy is aligned with your company’s strategy, vision, and mission.
