GENEDGE Executive Director and MEP Center Director

Job Duties

The Genedge Executive Director and MEP Center Director are senior leaders within GENEDGE.

The Executive Director is the organization’s senior executive, reports to the GENEDGE Board of Trustees, and supervises the GENEDGE Executive Team. The GENEDGE Executive Director provides overall leadership for a team of experienced professionals, cultivates stakeholder relationships, and contributes significantly to the organization’s strategic planning and revenue development efforts. The Executive Director develops and implements detailed plans to achieve business objectives including project and revenue targets in line with GENEDGE’s mission and the overall direction of the Board of Trustees and key stakeholders. The Executive Director evaluates results and facilitates continuous improvement in operations.

The MEP (Manufacturing Extension Partnership) Center Director reports to the Executive Director and will provide operational and strategic support to the Executive Director and direct the MEP Center program. The MEP Center Director will lead and mentor center MEP division staff and all activities within the MEP program.
