GENEDGE Program Manager
GENEDGE is seeking a he Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing assigned projects in support of GENEDGE’s mission to strengthen Virginia’s manufacturing ecosystem. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder engagement, communication management, and accountability for cost, schedule, and scope across complex, multi-party initiatives.
Projects may include engagements supported by federal, state, and local funding sources, and often involve coordination among manufacturers, government agencies, prime contractors, universities, and other ecosystem partners. The Program Manager is expected to take full ownership of assigned projects, operate within GENEDGE’s established management structure, and proactively manage risks, expectations, and performance.
The position is expected to be based out of the Newport News or Richmond office with a hybrid schedule, and requires periodic in-person engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams. The Program Manager reports to the Director of Programs.
