Prior to joining GENEDGE, Frederick served more than 20 years in the United States Marine Corps. His career included extensive experience in project management, strategic planning, aviation logistics, supply chain operations, and organizational leadership. He led complex initiatives involving cross-functional teams, international partners, competing priorities, and significant operational risk while advising senior leaders and coordinating resources across multiple organizations.
His previous experience also includes aviation logistics leadership, procurement and supply chain management, operational planning, performance monitoring, and process improvement.
Frederick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Cultures from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
