Ashley is the Administrative Manager at GENEDGE and is responsible for the administration of the MEP Client Impact Surveys, impact analysis processes, and NIST reporting for Clients and Projects. She is part of the GENDGE Data Management Team and helps to ensure data quality and works to improve data processes within Salesforce and other GENEDGE systems. She provides leadership for survey process development, impact data analysis, impact data collection processes, and helps with the management of the Survey & Impact Improvements Committee. She also supports the GENEDGE team with grants administration, writing, and reporting, and provides administrative management and support for a variety of new and current initiatives, including the Virginia Smart Manufacturing Accelerator (VSMA).
She brings prior experience within the MEP Network to her role – including 10 years supporting Industry Expansion Solutions (IES) and the NCMEP with administrative and program management in the areas of innovation, marketing, and operations, and by serving as the program and property manager of the IES-managed NCSU Technology Incubator. She also has three years consulting experience working directly with entrepreneurs and early-stage companies where she provided grants administration, strategic analysis, planning, solution identification, and resource/partnership connections.
Ashley is a native of Virginia and attended Radford University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Media Studies – Business Media & Communications. She joined GENEDGE in 2020 and is part of the Administrative Team based at the GENEDGE HQ located in Martinsville, VA.
