Office of Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) – For The U.S. Department of Commerce National Institute of Standards and Technology has awarded $876,000 to GENEDGE ALLIANCE of Martinsville to support Virginia-based U.S. small- and medium-sized manufacturers, including rural manufacturers, respond to the coronavirus pandemic. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
“The coronavirus pandemic has highlighted the importance of domestic manufacturing to protect the supply chains of critical health needs. As a supporter of the CARES Act, I am glad that money included in the bill will support small- and medium-sized manufacturers right here in Virginia as they respond to the coronavirus.”
